Operational Framework and User Participation Protocol

This document outlines the procedural mechanics by which registered participants may engage with the financial utility tools and digital interface offered under the commercial designation of Zapp Investment Org. via the domain https://zappinvestment.com (“the Platform”).

Capital Onboarding (Deposits)

A minimum deposit of $100 is required.

Upon completion of user registration and compliance verification, participants are authorized to initiate fund transfers using supported payment mechanisms, including but not limited to debit and credit instruments issued by financial institutions operating under globally recognized banking frameworks.

All confirmed inbound transactions shall be reflected in the user’s operational balance as available funds for discretionary allocation.

These funds may subsequently be deployed toward the acquisition of platform-issued share-analogues or retained in digital custody to accrue earnings under the defined passive yield framework.

Initial Capital Enhancement Incentive

Zapp Investment Org. provides a one-time introductory augmentation of user balances via a 20% capital bonus triggered by the successful execution of a qualifying first-time deposit.

This credit is automatically calculated and added to the user’s balance.

Bonus funds shall be subject to the same investment logic and withdrawal conditions as primary capital.

Illustratively, a qualifying deposit of $5,000 results in an adjusted credited balance of $6,000, inclusive of bonus augmentation.

Investment Application and Interest Accrual Mechanism

Participants may exercise discretionary control in allocating funds toward:
a) The acquisition of digital representations of equity shares in ventures affiliated with Zapp Investment Org.
b) Retention of funds in the user balance to participate in a compounding yield program, delivering up to 20% nominal annual interest, prorated over the deposit term.

All allocations are non-binding, with users authorized to reallocate balances between investment channels at will, subject to applicable policies and holding conditions.

Withdrawal Procedure and Return Realization Framework

Users are entitled to initiate withdrawals of principal capital contributions at any point in time via their account interface, subject to routine processing intervals and applicable identity verification protocols.

The ability to extract earnings categorized as profits, interest, or promotional bonuses is contingent upon a continuous minimum holding duration of twelve (12) months from the date of the corresponding deposit.

Withdrawal transactions may incur external banking or third-party remittance service fees, for which Zapp Investment Org. shall bear no financial or administrative liability.

Delays, reversals, or incomplete transfers caused by financial intermediaries or network disruptions shall not constitute grounds for damages, refund, or platform liability.

Commissions and Fee Structure

Platform access and standard operations do not incur hidden fees.

Commissions are applicable exclusively to executed buy or sell transactions involving digital equity units listed within the internal platform marketplace.

Commissions do not apply to referral payouts or passive interest earnings. All rates are transparent and disclosed pre-transaction.

Affiliate Referral Scheme

Authorized users may participate in the referral incentive mechanism by distributing unique invitation credentials.

Qualified referral conversions shall yield a fixed percentage commission derived from the referred party’s initial capital onboarding.

Referral payouts are credited automatically and are treated as bonus funds, governed by the same withdrawal and holding conditions as defined herein.

Zapp Investment Org. reserves the right to audit referral activity for fraudulent behavior and revoke referral privileges at its sole discretion.

Binding Agreement Between User and Platform Operator

Legal Capacity and Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, interacting with, or initiating any form of transaction through the digital infrastructure provided by Zapp Investment Org. at https://zappinvestment.com (hereafter “the Platform”), you, the User, expressly affirm that you are:
a) Over the age of 18 or legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction;
b) Possessed of full civil and contractual capacity under applicable law; and
c) Willingly and without coercion consenting to be legally bound by the terms, limitations, disclosures, and waivers of liability herein enumerated.

Failure to agree with any component of these Terms and Conditions, whether in part or in whole, constitutes immediate disqualification from the use of the Platform, and the User is instructed to cease all interaction forthwith.

Description of Services

Zapp Investment Org. provides a digital interface through which registered users may allocate funds toward share-like instruments, passive yield mechanisms, and blockchain-based investment models, hereafter referred to as “Services.”

All Services are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis and are intended solely for informational and non-advisory purposes. Zapp Investment Org. is not a bank, securities brokerage, investment advisor, or fiduciary entity within the meaning of U.S. or international law.

No content, feature, or tool within the Platform shall be construed as a solicitation, endorsement, or representation of guaranteed financial return.

Account Creation, Authentication, and Security Obligations

Participation in Services requires the successful creation and maintenance of a user account via the Platform’s registration process.

Users are obligated to:

Submit truthful, accurate, and current personal and financial information;

Maintain the security of their login credentials;

Promptly update all records in the event of changes to their status, identity, or eligibility;

Acknowledge and accept that Zapp Investment Org. may restrict, suspend, or permanently revoke access to any account found in breach of this Agreement.

Users assume full liability for all activities conducted under their account, regardless of whether such actions are carried out personally or by third parties with or without authorization.

Capital Contribution and Returns Policy

All deposits, bonuses, withdrawals, and yield generation mechanisms are governed by the Operational Framework outlined in the “How It Works” section, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Users may withdraw contributed capital at any time, contingent upon verification and standard processing timelines.

Earnings denominated as interest, returns, or profit may only be withdrawn upon the lapse of a 12-month uninterrupted holding period from the original deposit date.

Platform reserves the right to delay or deny disbursements in the event of suspected fraud, technical errors, legal restrictions, or regulatory inquiries.

All remittance transactions are subject to third-party payment processor policies, and any associated fees, reversals, or withholding are the sole responsibility of the User.

No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice – User Autonomy Clause

Zapp Investment Org., including its officers, employees, and representatives, does not furnish investment advice, legal counsel, or tax recommendations. All decisions made by the User shall be deemed voluntary, fully informed, and executed at their own discretion and peril.

Users are hereby advised to seek independent consultation from certified professionals prior to engaging in any financial activity through the Platform. Use of the Platform signifies complete waiver of any claim arising from reliance on content, features, or representations made therein.

Risk Disclosure and Acknowledgment

By participating in any activity through the Platform, Users expressly acknowledge and accept that:

Investment involves financial risk, including the potential for full or partial capital loss;

Historical performance data is non-indicative of future outcomes;

Digital shares and returns are subject to fluctuation based on market conditions and operational variables;

The Platform offers no guarantees regarding profitability, liquidity, or marketability of instruments.

Zapp Investment Org. disclaims all responsibility for losses, damages, or diminished returns resulting from market volatility, business failure, or economic downturns.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zapp Investment Org., its subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, and personnel shall not be held liable for:

Any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage;

Business interruption, data loss, reputation harm, or opportunity cost;

Technical malfunctions, delays, or force majeure events.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform and its affiliates from any third-party claim, liability, or expense arising from misuse, breach of Terms, or illegal activity conducted under their account.

Fee and Commission Structure

All platform-related fees, including but not limited to commissions, processing charges, and conversion costs, are transparently disclosed within the user interface or associated policies.

No fees are charged for basic deposits and withdrawals.

Commission fees may apply when buying or selling share-like instruments within the internal exchange.

Referral rewards and bonuses are not subject to commission deductions.

Platform reserves the right to update its fee schedule without prior individual notice, and continued use shall be deemed as acceptance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Zapp Investment Org. is incorporated or primarily operates. Users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and agree to binding arbitration, where applicable, for the resolution of disputes.

Amendments and Modifications

Zapp Investment Org. reserves the right to amend these Terms at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. Any material modifications shall be posted on the Platform and become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review this document periodically.

Severability and Survival

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

All disclaimers, waivers, and limitations of liability shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Legal Waiver and Indemnity Agreement
By accessing or using the services of Zapp Investment Org., the user expressly agrees to irrevocably waive any and all rights to initiate, support, or participate in any form of legal action, arbitration, or court proceeding against Zapp Investment Org., its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or representatives. The user acknowledges and accepts that Zapp Investment Org. shall not be held liable in any jurisdiction for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to losses arising from the use of or reliance on any content, data, financial metrics, projections, or descriptive materials presented on the website or within the platform. Furthermore, users understand and agree that all information published on the platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness, and that any errors, omissions, or outdated content shall not constitute grounds for liability, legal claims, or compensatory demands of any kind.
